Our professional staff administers body fat analysis, fitness evaluations, blood pressure testing, target heart rate, height/weight and girth measurements and personalized health screenings. Through these measurements, employees are able to monitor their own progress as they follow their fitness program. We believe that having a reference is one of our motivating tools to validate each person's efforts. We can also coordinate health screenings for hearing, cholesterol, skin cancer and more by bringing in qualified medical professionals.
